The Site is operated by Dirty Mondays (“DM”), a live music promoter.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions, available at dirtyartists.com/terms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, build a Band Profile, or submit an Application through the Site, you may provide the following categories of information:
- Account information: full name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Band profile information: band name, one-line pitch, base city, genre, biography, and booking preferences.
- Performance information: target city for performances, past show history (venue names, dates, attendance), expected draw, preferred performance dates, and whether you have played a Dirty Mondays event before.
- Media content: profile photo, cover photo, and live performance video links.
- Social and streaming links: Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and other platform handles or URLs.
- Referral information: how you heard about Dirty Mondays.
- Communications: messages you send through the Site’s messaging system and any correspondence you send to us directly.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Device information: device type, operating system, browser type and version, and screen resolution.
- Usage information: pages visited, features used, links clicked, time spent on the Site, and referring URLs.
- Network information: IP address, approximate geographic location (city and country level), and internet service provider.
- Log data: access times, error logs, and server response data.

- To facilitate booking decisions: sharing your Profile and Application data with the Dirty Mondays booking team for evaluation, review, and booking purposes.
- To connect you with industry partners: making your Profile visible to labels, managers, and promoters affiliated with Dirty Mondays, as described in your Profile visibility settings and our Terms and Conditions.
- To communicate with you: sending you service-related notifications (e.g., Application status updates, booking inquiries, account alerts), and responding to your inquiries and support requests.
- To improve the Site: analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, conducting internal analytics, and developing new features and services.
- To ensure safety and security: detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and enforcing our Terms and Conditions.
- To comply with legal obligations: responding to lawful requests from public authorities, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and exercising or defending legal claims.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
3.1 Dirty Mondays Booking Team
Your Band Profile and Application data are shared with the Dirty Mondays booking team for the purpose of evaluating your Application and making booking decisions. This is the core function of the Site.
3.2 Connected Industry Partners
If you have enabled public visibility for your Profile, or as described in our Terms and Conditions, your Profile information may be shared with labels, managers, and promoters connected to Dirty Mondays. These partners may view your Profile to discover artists for booking, signing, or collaboration opportunities. We do not share your personal contact information (email, phone) with these partners without your consent unless you are selected for a booking opportunity.
3.3 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing (if applicable in future). These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
3.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request; protect and defend the rights or property of Dirty Group; prevent or investigate potential wrongdoing in connection with the Site; protect the personal safety of Users or the public; or protect against legal liability.
3.5 Business Transfers
If Dirty Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Site before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. YOUR ELECTRONIC PRESS KIT (EPK)
The Site generates a downloadable EPK from your Band Profile data. The EPK is designed to be shared by you with promoters, venues, labels, and other industry contacts outside of the Site. Once you download or distribute your EPK, the information contained in it is no longer under our control, and we are not responsible for how recipients use that information.
Your EPK may include: band name, one-line pitch, genre, base city, biography, profile photo, social and streaming links, live performance video link, and booking contact information. It will also include Dirty Artists branding.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services.
If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes.
If your account is inactive (no login) for twelve (12) consecutive months, we may designate it as inactive and reserve the right to delete it after providing thirty (30) days’ notice to the email address associated with the account.
6. DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), secure storage practices, access controls limiting who within our organization can access personal data, and regular security reviews.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
7.1 All Users
Regardless of your location, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

- Correction: you may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information. You can also update most information directly through your Profile and account settings.
- Deletion: you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal obligations, ongoing disputes).

- Objection: you may object to our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

7.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address, account credentials.
- Internet or electronic network activity: browsing history on the Site, search history, interactions with the Site.
- Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address.
- Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information: photographs, videos, and audio recordings you upload.
- Professional or employment-related information: band name, genre, performance history, booking preferences.

We do not sell personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will revisit this policy if a uniform standard is established.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services (such as Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, and TikTok) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services. When you connect your social media or streaming accounts to your Profile, we store only the link or handle you provide. We do not access, collect, or store data from those third-party accounts beyond what you explicitly submit to us.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Dirty Group is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States (including from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction), your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
